Liquor Barons is the only West Australian based independently owned and operated retail liquor co-operative. Unlike most of our competitors, we are not part of a national group or chain but we still use our combined buying power to offer a wide range of products at competitive prices. We are growing fast to becoming a dominant independent liquor brand in the state and with such widespread coverage, there is bound to be a store near you .  As we are independent and not a soulless franchise, this flexibility allows each store to tailor their range to reflect the taste of its local community and allows us to support smaller boutique and more obscure brands.

As our store owners are the owners of the Liquor Barons brand, they are passionate about customer service and have excellent product knowledge to assist you in making your selection that suits your taste, budget and occasion.

Liquor Barons Co-operative is now a genuine alternative for independent retailers looking for a flexible, entrepreneurial and successful banner. There is no place for Liquor Barons to be a supermarket style “little big guy”. Our Co-operative structure ensures that decisions are being made quickly and with the interests of retailers driving the outcomes. They are, after all, the owners of the brand and any profits are returned to them.

We have already, and will continue to differentiate ourselves in many ways including a proactive rather than reactive approach, product selection, the use of the best technology available, the promotion of Western Australia’s premier liquor loyalty program and consumer driven marketing.

Fundamentally however, our point of difference is that our model allows retailers the flexibility to target their local market.  We know one size doesn’t fit all and our co-operative philosophy of “Independence, entrepreneurship and compliance are not mutually exclusive”will remain the cornerstone of the Liquor Barons brand.
