INGREDIENTS
- 60mL The Deacon Whisky
- 20mL Simple Syrup
- 2 Lemon wedges
- 4 Mint leaves
- Mint sprig, to garnish
METHOD
- Squeeze and place the lemon wedges in a shaker.
- Add the Deacon, simple syrup, mint leaves and ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
