INGREDIENTS
- 360mL Cointreau
- 720mL Vodka
- 240mL Lime juice
- 120mL Simple Syrup
- 120mL Ginger juice
- Soda water
- Lime wheel to garnish
- Serves 8
METHOD
- Add Cointreau, Vodka, lime juice, Simple Syrup and ginger juice to a punch bowl.
- Once combined, refrigerate until chilled.
- Add ice to glasses for sharing.
- Pour the pitcher perfect serve.
- Top each glass with soda water.
- Garnish and enjoy!
