• Type: Alcoholic Ginger Beer.
• Analysis: 4% ABV.
• Tasting notes: Made with the finest Queensland ginger.
• Colour: Light brown.
• Palate: Mid sweetness. A bright ginger with a hint of citrus aroma. Taste is gingery but not a lot of heat, citrus noticeable. Clean and crisp finish.
• Aroma: Sweet, fresh ginger.
• Serving Suggestion: In a tall glass over ice with a wedge of lime. Best enjoyed at a time we like to call ‘Ginger Hour’. (Sunset)
