INGREDIENTS
- 500mL Never Never Triple Juniper Gin
- 500g Blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- Rosemary sprigs
- 4 Lemons (diced)
- 10-20 Juniper berries
- 5 tbsp Honey
- 1L Soda water
- Serves 8 people
METHOD
- Add blackberries, lemons, rosemary, juniper berries and honey.
- Muddle the fruit mix until well combined.
- Add Never Never Triple Juniper Gin.
- Top with soda water.
- Stir to combine.
- Add ice to glasses for sharing.
- Pour the pitcher perfect serve.
- Garnish and enjoy!
