WA XPA is a collaboration between two local West Aussie businesses, Liquor Barons and Beerfarm, and is a nod to Western Australia. With Liquor Barons being WA’s only 100% independently owned Liquor Co-Op and Beerfarm being home to some of the finest craft brews in the South West, it was a match made in local business heaven. Liquor Barons has been stocking Beerfarm in its fridges for the past few years, with a strong relationship, and now an extra pale ale to show for it! Liquor Barons and Beerfarm teamed up for the hop harvest at Karridale Hop Farm and the brew day, making an extra pale ale that is uniquely WA with 100% local ingredients, from its hops, wheat, barley and malt.

WA XPA brewed just in time for WA Day, WA XPA is a fresh, hop-forward and easy-drinking beer packed with 100% local ingredients. Liquor Barons and Beerfarm got their hands dirty in the hop harvest, hand-picking Nugget, Victoria and Beedelup hops from Karridale Hop Farm. With Barley and 100% Pale Malt from WA, this beer is a true blue celebration of Western Australia and supporting local business.

From our mates to local business owners, sand gropers and hard-working WA battlers, this joint venture between Beerfarm and Liquor Barons is packed with 100% local ingredients.
With Beerfarm being an independent WA brewery and Liquor Barons being WA’s only independent liquor co-op, it’s a match made in local business heaven! Using hand-picked Beedelip and Victoria hops from Karridale Hop Farm, with Barley and 100% Pale Malt from WA, WA XPA is a real celebration supporting local and this big, beautiful state we call home.
