Miles From Nowhere Cabernet Merlot

Combining the gentle nature of the Merlot and the bold structure of the Cabernet, the Miles From Nowhere Cabernet Merlot creates a well balanced and wild experience of pleasure, that’s hard not to enjoy.
TASTING NOTES
Ripe Mulberry and blackberry complemented with notes of cedar and mocha. Finishing with a silky length of integrated tannins and subtle oak.
Colour – Plum red.
Aroma – Lifted aromas of blueberry compote and cassis, with a dried mint lift balanced with a sweet vanilla oak note.
Palate – Mulberry, blackberry, cedar and mocha.
Food Match – Perfectly pairs with a butterflied lamb leg with a herb and pomegranate cous-cous salad.

TASTING NOTES
The palate exhibits citrus and tropical fruits, with subtle basil and mint, on the back of the palate. There is a balance of pleasant viscosity of this ripe fruit, with just the right amount of natural acidity, leaving a fresh and juicy, lingering palate.
Colour – Almost clear, pale green.
Aroma – Enhanced aroma of lime, passionfruit, melon and sweet, dried herbal notes.
Palate – Citrus, basil, crisp, refreshing.
Food Match – Serve this wine slightly chilled with Baked Whiting in a Cheese and Herb crumb, or Potato and Lentil Curry.

TASTING NOTES
Crisp and clean palate with lashing of fresh tropical fruits of guava and lychee. Green apple and nectarine acidity provides excellent length of flavour.
Colour – Pale green.
Aroma – Enhanced aroma of blackcurrant leaf, passionfruit, melon, and dried herbal notes.
Palate – Green apple, lychee.
Food Match – Would pair beautifully Kingfish ceviche with avocado and finger lime dressing.
Miles From Nowhere Shiraz
ORIGIN: Margaret River, WA.
TYPE: Shiraz
ANALYSIS: 14.5% ABV
ABOUT
Margaret River shiraz is truly one of a kind. A lighter style that is often the underdog of Australian Shiraz, with a unique complexity making it approachable to any drinker.
TASTING NOTES
Plush and succulent forest fruits, with hints of boysenberry and mulberry pith. Baking spices of vanilla and clove. Balanced by bright red currant acidity. Velvety tannins provide excellent length.
Colour – Deep red.
Aroma – Vibrant and fragrant aroma of blueberries with dried herbs of thyme and sage. Hints of white pepper and cedar.
Palate – Forest fruit, vanilla and clove.
Food Match – Pair with a Ribeye Steak and an Argentinian Chimichurri sauce.
