About the brewery: Meet the Baileys. A Dad and his two sons who wanted to create a proudly family friendly brewery in the Swan Valley. A crisp bitterness, fermented cold and lagered for weeks this is a classic beer style at its finest. Celebrating the vibrant stone fruit and tropical fruit flavours and aromas of American hop varieties.

ABV: 5%
Tasting notes: Architect is a classic style Czech Pilsner made for the WA climate. Bready malts and yeast support the classic, lightly spiced Noble hops. The bittering from NZ hops presents a gentle crisp citrus. Classically refreshing! We replicated the water profile of Prague, stayed true to the Pilsner malt base with a little specialty grain to add breadiness to the flavour. To add a modern flair we bitter with New Zealand hops, which gives a fresh bitterness, then a light noble hop addition after fermentation to add that spice that a good Pilsner should have.
About the brewery: Heroes and Villains is the story of friends and family who joined together to build a dream. From humble beginnings in 2018 in a small 100m2 space in the back of a shed at Oakover winery to a 350m2 brewery and tap room in Osborne Park, developing award winning beers.

Otherside Brewing Co

Brew: Lo Fi Mid Ale
ABV: 3.5%
Tasting notes: Lo-Fi is a crisp, American-style wheat beer. Dry-hopped with US hops and infused with orange and grapefruit for a refreshing finish. The citrus flavours from the hops and fruit combine seamlessly and complement each other. The wheat gives the beer body without adding sweetness, and the bitterness makes Lo-Fi a moreish, thirst-quenching beer.
