INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml The Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve
- 10 ml Elderflower Cordial
- 5 ml Lemon Juice
- Soda Water to top up
METHOD
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the Glenlivet Founder’s Reserve and lemon juice.
- Add the elderflower cordial and free lemon juice.
- Top it up with a generous pour of soda water for that all important fizz.
- Then garnish with a fresh slice of cucumber.
