Jimador are masters of the art when it comes to Weber blue agave harvesting, putting their heart and soul into their craft. Born in Amatitán in the Mexican state of Jalisco, El Jimador have learned, cultivated and perfected their skills, becoming expert distillers and passionate harvesters.

ABOUT

El Jimador Tequila Reposado is a warm golden hue that gets its colour from two months of ageing in American oak barrels. Naturally fermented and double distilled, the result is a golden, warm and rich Tequila that’s beaming with agave notes, warm seasoned flavours and a smooth, rich agave flavour which takes centre stage.

TASTING NOTES

El Jimador Reposado goes down silky smooth, with toasted oak, vanilla, stewed agave, and warming spices on the palate. Rounded out with roasted hazelnut, oak spices, cedarwood, herb salad and vanilla, expect a soft yet bright Tequila that’s bang on for both complex and more simple cocktails.
