INGREDIENTS

  • 45mL Espolòn Tequila Blanco
  • 15mL Sugar syrup
  • 25mL Lime juice
  • 25mL Coconut cream
  • 3-5 Slices of a jalapeño
  • Salt to rim glass
  • Lime wheel or jalapeño slice to garnish
  • Ice

METHOD

  1. Add sugar syrup, jalapeño slices, lime juice, coconut cream and Espolòn Tequila Blanco to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice, shake and strain into a salt-rimmed margarita glass.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and jalapeño.
