INGREDIENTS
- 2 whole passionfruit’s
- 45ml Tequila
- 15ml Cointreau
- 20ml Lime
- 10ml Agave syrup
- Ice
METHOD
- Remove all inside of the passionfruit
- Add Tequila, Cointreau, lime, agave, passionfruit and ice to the shaker
- Shake until chilled
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with half a passionfruit
