Tommy’s Margarita Subheading

It doesn’t get much smoother than a Tommy’s Margarita.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Tequila
  • 20ml Agave syrup
  • 25ml Lime juice
  • 1 Lime
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice

METHOD

  1. Add agave syrup, lime juice, tequila and ice to cocktails shaker
  2. Shake, then strain into glass
  3. Garnish with salt and lime wheel

ABOUT THE COCKTAIL

Tommy’s Margarita was born out of ‘Tommy’s Mexican Restaurant’ in 90’s San Francisco, made by bartender Julio Bermejo who used tequila in place of orange liqueur. Tommy’s uses only three ingredients to create a lighter, fresher and more laid-back version.
