INGREDIENTS

  • 30mL The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 30mL Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 30mL Carpano Bianco
  • Orange peel to garnish

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with 2/3 ice, then stir to chill.
  2. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with orange peel.
