INGREDIENTS
- 30mL The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 30mL Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 30mL Carpano Bianco
- Orange peel to garnish
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass filled with 2/3 ice, then stir to chill.
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange peel.
