INGREDIENTS

  • 75ML The Botanist Gin
  • 15ML Fino Sherry
  • 15ML Raspberry honey water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Raspberry

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir for a minimum of 30s
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass of your choice
  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries
