INGREDIENTS

  • 75ml The Botanist Dry Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth
  • Ice
  • Classic garnish: Lemon peel twist

METHOD

  1. Chill glass with ice
  2. Add all ingredients and stir continuously for at least 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
  3. Empty the ice out of the glass
  4. Strain into your chilled glass
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist
