INGREDIENTS
- 50mL Four Pillars gin
- 25mL Lemon juice
- 15mL Sugar syrup
- Egg white (optional for extra frothiness)
- Lemon twist to garnish
- Ice
METHOD
- Add lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and gin to a cocktail mixer – shake well.
- Pour into a glass and add ice.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
