INGREDIENTS
- 30mL Grey Goose vodka
- 30mL lemon juice
- 30mL sugar syrup
- Half a cup of raspberries (pour in cocktail mixer for colour)
- Fill up with sparkling wine
METHOD
- Add lime juice, sugar syrup, vodka and raspberries to a cocktail mixer – shake well.
- Add to and fill up with sparkling wine.
- Add ice and top up with raspberries for garnish.
