INGREDIENTS
- 30ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 30ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 30ml Carpano Bianco
- Orange Peel to garnish
METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ⅔ with ice and stir to chill
- Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass
- Garnish with orange peel
