INGREDIENTS

  • 30ml The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
  • 30ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 30ml Carpano Bianco
  • Orange Peel to garnish

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ⅔ with ice and stir to chill
  2. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass
  3. Garnish with orange peel
