INGREDIENTS
- 60mL Proper No. Twelve
- 10mL Simple Syrup
- 4 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Lemon wedge
METHOD
- In a lowball glass, add Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, simple syrup and bitters.
- Add ice to the glass and stir together.
- Garnish with lemon wedge.

This Old Fashioned is one of the many riffs, renditions and evolutions of the classic Whiskey Old Fashioned cocktail, using Proper No. Twelve Irish Whiskey that was distilled in the Isle of Ireland’s oldest whiskey distillery. There’s nothin’ like a bit of Irish culture in your cocktail to really make a song and dance!
Aroma – Citrus, caramel, spice.
Flavour – Sweet, bitter, spicy.
Finish – Smooth, complex, smokey.
