Spicy Margarita Subheading
Feeling hot, hot, hot! Spice up your life with this jalapeño margarita recipe.
DIFFICULTY EASY GLASS ROCKS GARNISH CHILLI SALT RIM, JALAPEÑO
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL El Jimador Tequila
- 15mL Cointreau
- 2 Jalapeños
- 30mL lime juice
- Garnish: salt rim (chilli flakes optional) and jalapeño
METHOD
- Rub the rim of glass with a lime wedge, coat it in salt and set aside.
- Cut one jalapeño into small slices and add into a shaker.
- Add El Jimador Tequila, Cointreau, lime juice and ice, then shake until well-chilled.
- Strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a jalapeño.
