INGREDIENTS

  • 25mL Lemon juice
  • 15mL Sugar syrup
  • 1 Egg white (optional)
  • 50mL Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey
  • Orange wedge

METHOD

  1. Pour lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white and Jameson Black Barrel Whiskey into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake well.
  3. Strain into a lowball glass, add ice, and garnish with an orange wedge. 🍊

Nearly one and a half centuries old, there are so many different versions of a Whiskey Sour. The key to an excellent Whiskey Sour? Getting the balance just right. Our rule of thumb is 2 parts liquor, 1 part sour and 1 part sweet. Cheers!
