The fruit for the Amble and Fox range is sourced largely from Margaret River, but has found success in the Great Southern and the Barossa Valley as well.

After extensive tasting and ‘back and forth’ with winemakers, we settled on the Great Southern for Pinot Noir, and the Barossa Valley for the Shiraz.  We were able to go further afield in our search for the right ‘juice’, which has landed us where we find ourselves now.

Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Margaret River

“Sourced from premium vineyards in and around Margaret River, this is an elegant expression of the famous blend.  With a small component of the blend fermented in old barrels, this has increased texture and complexity.  Full of ripe citrus, red apples, pink grapefruit and grassy/herbal characters.”

Cabernet Sauvignon, Margaret River

“Elegance and structure: the characteristics of Margaret River cabernet are unfettered in this wine – cassis, eucalypt and freshly turned earth.  The tannins provide a firm structure for the ripe fruit.”

Chardonnay, Margaret River

“Lightly oaked and spicy, this chardonnay is full of white peach, pineapple, red apple skins and grilled grapefruit.  Ideal for those who enjoy a modern style of chardonnay.”

Pinot Noir, Great Southern

“Spicy red cherry, red currant, pomegranate, lightly toasted oak and spice characters of crushed black pepper, anise and crushed coffee grounds.  Lingering length of flavour and light to medium bodied.  A lovely expression of Great Southern pinot noir.

Shiraz, Barossa Valley

“This is a ‘new world’ expression of Barossa valley shiraz, elegant, layered, and spicy.  Medium bodied and full of blueberries, liquorice, black cherry, blackberry and hints of raw cocoa and spice from the oak.  Concentrated.”
